Mr. Hamilton will oversee IKF's Karaoke Cup competition as well as international relations and amateur singer development.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Garvaundo moved to NYC to attend Fordham University to pursue a Bachelors in Business Management and Communication. He moved to St Louis in 2012 where he completed his bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Change Management.
In 2018 Garvaundo graduated from Saint Louis University with a Masters Degree (honors) in Higher Education Administration before moving to Arkansas to work at University of the Ozarks. In 2019 Garvaundo moved to Washington to work as an International Engagement Leadership Advisor at Highline College.. He has over 8 years of experience in Higher Education and International Affairs. He currently works as an Intraday Trader where he trades Foreign Exchange, Cryptocurrency, Stocks and Commodities.
Garvaundo is a lover of music and has a wide variety of medals and trophies from various singing competitions from his time in Jamaica, NYC, St Louis and now Seattle. In 2017, Garvaundo won the coveted St Louis Idol. In 2019, he was crowned the KWC Washington State Silver Medalist. In 2020, He was crowned one of the four KWCUSA national champions (3rd overall) before going on to KWC Worlds where he won the Gold medal representing Team USA.
