Mrs. Thompson will oversee the IKF World Karaoke Tour as well as US National and professional singer development.

As a well known performer and personality in the world of competitive singing, Sissi Thompson has been on both sides of the performance curtain. Growing up in the southern United States, Sissi's musical roots began in the church. Thanks to her father, a well known Southern Gospel performer in Atlanta, Sissi was heavily influenced by the songs of her faith. Throughout her youth and into college, she was always at a musical event, in piano or voice lessons, majoring in Music, and traveling with vocal ensembles, glee clubs and show choirs to perform and compete. She has enjoyed working as a demo artist as well as a lead and background singer in Gospel, country and rhythm and blues acts in NYC, Tampa, Atlanta and Nashville.

Sissi's journey to the world of competitive singing began in 2015 where she made Top 5 at Talent Quest Florida State Championships. Also in 2015, she won the KWC Flordia State Championships ladies division and went on to finish top 10 in the nation. She then went on with her husband, a former Ohio State champion himself, to become KWC Ohio State directors for 2 seasons.

In 2020, Sissi captained her team to a silver medal at the WKT World Team Championships. She also holds the distinction of being the 1st ever to host "WKT Backstage", the first talk show about karaoke and competitive singing. Most recently, she won Gospel Female Masters Vocalist of the year and Entertainer of the year at the North America Country Music International competition in Tennessee.
