IKF, USKA and I Don't Work Here Productions to produce Documentary on Competitive Karaoke

The International Karaoke Federation (IKF) and the United States Karaoke Association (USKA) are thrilled to announce their partnership with Seattle based I Don't Work Here Productions in the creation of a documentary film exploring the world of competitive Karaoke through the eyes of the singers and production staff at the 2023 IKF Karaoke Cup World Finals scheduled for November 8 - 10, 2023 at the Ahern Hotel and Event Center in Las Vegas. This exciting collaboration promises to shine the spotlight on the many characters that inhabit the world of Karaoke.

The documentary will delve into the emotional journey that competitive Karaoke enthusiasts experience. It will offer a unique perspective on how Karaoke has evolved from a simple pastime to a global sensation, bringing people from all walks of life together through the universal language of music. The collaboration will combine IKF's global reach and vision for competitive Karaoke, USKA's deep understanding of the American Karaoke scene, and I Don’t Work Here’s creative passion for telling real life stories, resulting in a comprehensive and engaging exploration of this beloved form of self-expression.
